Terms & Conditions :
1. This Pass / ID is valid during the lockdown period only.
2. Safety norms as per SOP / Guidelines of Ministry of Health, Govt.
of India, shall be followed while using this Pass/ID without fail in
order to prevent further spread of the Corona Virus.
3. The norms of Social Distancing shall also be ensured during
travelling.
4. Required action should be taken to protect traveller from getting
contagious and to avoid any kind of COVID -19 transmission.
5. Exemption/permission will only be valid with identity card which
you have submitted during the application.
6. You have to Show/present your Id card before the
inspection/checking authority or Government officials (Applicable
for applicant, driver and all passengers).
7. In case of roundtrip or Inbound travel, you shall be kept under
mandatory 14 days quarantine.
8. If required, obtaining all Approvals/ NOCs/ Permissions/
Certificates from the origin/destination State and/or en route
State(s) shall be responsibility of the Applicant.
9 .The four-wheeler originating from or entering to Red category
District can accommodate only two persons including driver.
Four-wheeler originating from or entering to Orange and Green
category District can accommodate three persons including driver
10. The two-wheeler originating from or entering to Red category
District can accommodate only the rider. Two-wheeler
originating from or entering to Orange and Green category
District can accommodate two persons including the rider.
11. For vehicle other than two-wheeler and four- wheeler, the
number of travellers in any vehicle shall only be as per social
distancing guidelines by GoI. In case any violation of social
distancing is found, the Pass shall be terminated with immediate
effect.
12. The traveller shall cover their faces with mask or other cloth and
shall use sanitiser from time to time.
13. The vehicle used for traveling shall be sanitised.
14. Only persons registered while filing the application shall be
allowed to travel in the vehicle.
15. This pass has been issued for the movement of vehicle and
passengers.
16. This exemption permit shall be used only for the purpose
mentioned above.
17. Any violation of the Terms & Conditions will lead to cancellation
of the permission / forfeiture of ID besides penal action within
the meaning of various provisions of DDMA Act. read with
Epidemic Diseases Act. 1897 and Indian Penal Code.
