#Connection:

The connection between teachers and students builds within the class so it is very important keep
the interactive. Occasional group activities and friendly discussions among teachers and children
is very helpful.
The Parent Meeting should be conducted more often so that the parents should also feel that they
are an integral part of the school.
Teachers and administrators need to connect with one another in new and better ways. This can
be done through staff meetings and discussions.
Students should know to connect the content of what they learn in one subject with the content
learned in other subjects.
We need to help students learn how to connect learning with living and how to connect in
positive ways with teachers, parents, friends and others in their lives.
#Caring
The whole school should have a friendly atmosphere and should feel like a second home. For
this from principal to students and other staff every should feel that they are under the same tree.
The underpinning of value education is that all efforts to foster values simply will not work
without a caring school‟ and this comes through by developing meaningful relationships from
pre-primary to higher secondary school.
Students should learn and be encouraged to practice why caring, sharing, helping are good
behaviors through plays and acts.
Value education can’t be provided without the spirit of caring.
#Communication and Collaboration
Communication is the key to build confidence, gain support and encourage participation in work.
Collaboration is can be achieved through group activities like NSS , NCC, Red Cross etc.
#Conviction, Commitment, and Courage
Commitment is the next important factor. Planning and drafting is only 50% courage to face the
challenges and commitment towards goals is vital. Students should be taught these things
through real life examples and slogans , quotes should be put up in the school premises to keep
motivating and encouraging them.
