USE INSTRUCTION FOR FIN—RADIATOR
1. 应用范围(APPLICATION)：

散热器是大、中型电力变压器、电抗器的专用冷却设备。它可直接联接于

变压器油箱法兰上或独立安装于变压器附近的支架上。

The fin-radiator is a cooling unit for large and medium capacity transformers and

reactors. It can be directly fixed on the tank of transformer or on a support near

transformer.

2. 型号与规格（MODEL AND SPECIFICATION）:

2.1 型号（MODEL）

2.2 规格(SPECIFICATION):

散热器两法兰的中心距为 500~3000mm,间隔 100mm；.片宽 520mm、

480mm、333mm 三种；片间距 45mm，片数５～３５片可选。

The center distance between flanges is from 500 to 3000mm(Interval

100mm);The width of element is 520mm,480mm or 333mm; The distance

between elements is 45mm and The quantity of elements is from 5 to 35

selectively。

3. 环境要求（REQUIREMENT OF CIRCUMSTANCE）
：
 与所配套的变压器类主机相同。

The requirements of circumstance for radiator is the same as that of

transformer etc。

4. 结构简介（STRUCTURE INTRODUCTION）
：

片式散热器由散热片、集油管、放气（油）塞、吊环、连接座和法兰盘等

零件组成。散热片由１mm 钢板冲压而成，散热片边缘焊有３×３０钢板，将

各片牢固地连接在一起。

The radiator is composed of element, collecting pipe, air (or oil) release plugs,

lifting ring ,connecting bosses (with M12 screw holes) and flanges。The element

is made up of 1mm cold plate, 3x30mm steel bars are welded on both sides of

elements。

5. 使用注意事项（USE INSTRUCTIONS）
：

5.1 散热器出厂前的内腔清洁度已经过严格检查，在安装现场需检查清洁度时，

可用耐压值≮35KV 的变压器油冲洗，测量出口变压器油的耐压值≮35KV 为

合格。

The internal cleanliness has been strictly checked before delivery。If necessary to

check the cleanliness before connecting with transformer，Please flush the internal

of radiator with clean transformer oil(voltage resistance value ≮35KV)，and test

the voltage resistance value of outlet oil（≮35KV）

5.2 需作气密性试验时，压力不超过 120KPa，时间不超过 20min。

If necessary ,The leakage test pressure should be 120KPa and duration time

≤20 minutes。

5.3 需作真空试验时，绝对压强≤133Pa，持续时间≤10min。

If necessary，The vacuum test absolute pressure should be ≤133Pa and

duration time ≤20minutes。

5.4 联结于变压器并注油时，应打开散热器上的放气塞。当变压器油溢出时，
旋紧放气塞，擦净外溢的变压器油。

After connected with transformer，Please take off the air release plug before

oiling，Then tighten up the air release plug and clean spilled oil when oil spills out

from it。

5.5 运输、储存过程中避免碰撞和挤压。现场打开法兰盘密封后应即及时安装，

敞口时间不超过 2 小时。

Avoid collision and pressing during transportation and storage。Please finish

installation in 2 hours after opening sealing parts of flanges.

5.6 现场储存时，包装箱底面应超过地面 100mm，并采取防雨措施，避免散热

器被雨水浸泡或被泥土掩埋。

When the radiators are stored on a reveal site，The bottom of package box should

be ≥100mm above the ground and rainproof measures should be taken to avoid

being drenched by water or buried into mud.

5.7 保证期限（GUARANTEE PERIOD）

：

在正常的运输、储存、使用条件下，从散热器出厂起一年。

Under normal transportation, storage and use conditions, the guarantee period of

radiator is One year from delivery。

附录 1：散热器使用补充说明
SUPPLEMENT OF USE INSTRUCTION
每组散热器在出厂前均已经过严格检验和试验，无需进行说明书中第 5

项中 5.1 和 5.2 要求的检验和试验工作。除非在安装现场发现下述问题才需进

行。

Every radiator has been strictly inspected and tested before delivery, there is no

necessity to do inspection as requirement in item 5.1,5.2and 5.3。 You should do

inspection if following problems be found at installation site :

1. 法兰盘密封不严，内部进入异物或水分时，可按 5.1 要求进行冲洗检验。

Flush radiator as requirement in item 5.1,if water and other things be

 found in interior of radiator.

2. 散热器片有磕碰、挤压及损伤时，可按 5.2 要求进行密封性检验。

Do leakage test as requirement in item 5.2,if collision and pressed point

be found in fins of radiator.
