Job Description
We are hiring for our B2B Introductions vertical through which we help Saas companies
get introductions/demos/meetings with relevant Startups and SMEs across India and
USA.

We started working on this model 2 months back and have helped 5 companies
increase conversion rate by up to 10X, connect with billion-dollar startups like Fynd,
Upgrad, Clevertap, etc.. and get demos/meetings with relevant stakeholders as per the
requirement.

Location: ​Mumbai ​(Remote Works till Covid-19 scenario is over)


Type:​ Full-time role
Compensation: ​35k-50k per month+Incentives ​(Upto 20% of conversion)
Hours per Week: ​50-60 hrs
Job Description:
● Own, Manage and Grow the Vertical from scratch
● Handle P&L, sales, client relationship, servicing, and the team
● Define the business strategy and roadmap
● Develop networks and Partner/Sell to funded startups and SMEs
● Build a lean team and Lead them to achieve Pushstart’s Business goals.

Requirements:
● Experience of running a startup/building and growing a business from scratch is
preferred
● Prior experience in the following things is MUST:
○ B2B/C sales ​(B2B preferred)
○ Designing business model and process from scratch
○ Hiring and Managing small teams
● Having a good network in the startup ecosystem​(specially funded-startups)​ is a
plus point
● Experience of selling/partnering with funded startups/corporates/smes is a plus
point
● Should love to network, pitch and sell
● Should have good presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
● Should be passionate about helping others and working for the greater good of
society.
