animals raised in an agricultural setting to produce labor and commodities such as meat, eggs, milk, fur, and wool. Nomadic pastralism – this is the keeping of cattle while moving from one region in search of pasture and clean water. Poultry farming – the rearing of poultry such as chicken, goose, turkey, pigeon etc. Pig farming – rearing of pigs Apiculture – bee keeping Aquaculture – fish farming
B. Crop Production – other term is Arable Farming.
Annual crops – like cereals and pulses garden peas
Perennial crops – like coffee, tea, sugarcane Field crops – like growing of wheat. Horticulture crops – entails (i) Pomology, (ii) Olericulture, (iii) Floriculture

D. Agriculture Engineering – is a branch of agriculture that deals
