was given licence under the Panchyatas and Factories Rules.
The industry, using carbon block in huge quantities, polluted
the atmosphere, and failed to apply the preventive measures,
which was causing discomfort, injury and nuisance to peoples
of that locality. Suggest remedies available under tort law.
