In my pinion Goldman did not act in an ethical manner but neither did LIA. Goldman took advantage
of the lack of knoledge that LIA had and won revenue .At the same time LIA did not try to understand
the trades untill it was too late .They went on with the assumption that they had shared ownership
on the trades and they were proven wrong.

As another point Goldman should have not offered an internship to Zarti’s brother(LIA) and
hospitality more than it was needed.But at the same time LIA should not have accepted the
above.This has proven to be a conflict of interests as the companies had business together and it
should have been kept proffesional without favors involved because when this happened LIA had a
false sense of security and trust towords Goldman and was blinded by it .

As a conclusion both companies acted in an unethical manner .
