FUNCTIONING OF A COMPUTER

A computer performs mainly four functions namely Input, Process,

Output and Storage. To perform these operations a computer requires
the following units:
I. Input Unit: This unit accepts instructions and data.
II. Processing Unit: this unit performs the processing of instructions
and data inside the computer.
III. Output Unit: This unit communicates the result to the user.
IV. Storage Unit: this unit stores temporary and final results.

STEPS:-
I. AFTER TYPING, SELECT THE TITTLE.
II. CLICK HOME.
III. GIVE THE FONT TYPE ALGERIAN AND THEN CLICK ON B I
U BUTTON IN FONT.
IV. APPLY BORDER TO THE HEADING.
V. THEN, SELECT THE TEXT AND GIVE THEM COLOR.
VI. FINALLY, SAVE THE DOCUMENT.
