The nature of the business is in line with the nature of food services, specifically giving an
alternative and convenient way for the customers to get the products that they need. Potential
minuses and losses may be found in the availability of the goods because if the products that
were ordered by the customers are not available, the business will lose time thus affecting the
profit. Losses in the operational expenses like registration fees and toll fees may also be
considered. Moreover, losses may also be found in the availability of the business’s riders
because if the business cannot handle the demands and the magnitude of customers this will
result to potential losses in the profit.

 What are the weaknesses?

Since the main objective of our business is to cater services, which involves going to
different communities, the location of the customers might be a potential weakness of the
business because the business’s riders might find it hard to cater customers who are living in
communities under strict community quarantine. There is also a chance of other competitors that
cater the same type of services which will greatly affect the business’s operations. Another
weakness of the business is its accessibility, since not all people have access to online platforms
like Facebook, which is the main platform of the business, the business could lose potential
customers.

 What might go wrong with this?

Since the business will operate as a delivery service using motorcycle as the main type of
vehicle, which are considered to be hazardous, road accidents may happen which could lead to
injuries and disabilities of the riders. Also, since the business is operating during the COVID-19
pandemic, there is also a risk for the riders and the customers to be affected by the virus if social
distancing and proper sanitation protocols are not observed during the business operations.
