Pickup Schedule for Underclass Students

Monday, June 8th

• 8:00am – 9:00am – A-Cah (Mr. Dell’Orso’s students)

• 9:00am - 10:00am - Cai-Duc (Ms. Mehaffey's students)
• 10:00am - 11:00am - Dud-Hei (Ms. Wood's students)
• 11:00am – 12:00pm – Hej-Kim (Mr. Ford’s students)
• 12:00pm – 12:30pm - CSS (Ms. Parker’s students)
• 12:30pm - 1:00pm – Back up or overflow

Wednesday, June 10th

• 8:00am – 9:00am – Kin-McA (Ms. Walter’s students)

• 9:00am – 10:00am – McB-Os (Ms. Proffitt’s students)
• 10:00am – 11:00am – Ot-Saz (Ms. Kovachik’s students)
• 11:00am – 12:00pm – Sb-N. Tran (Ms. Glyck’s students)
• 12:00pm – 1:00pm - O. Tran-Z (Mr. Matthew’s students)
• 1:00pm – 1:30pm – Back up or overflow

Station #1 - Door 14: Clinic

• Medication pickup
o 2 Staff members to count meds in front of parent & initial the Medication
Return Record

• Meds are bagged (paper/Ziploc) with student name, Student ID

• Parent/guardian signs paperwork showing receipt of medication

Station #2 - Door 1: Miscellaneous Items (ex: WTW property that doesn’t have a
designated station for return)

• Textbook drop off, library books, other items not wanting to keep over the
summer – families can wait until we reopen to bring back books, etc.
• We do need Legally Blonde scripts returned!!

Station #3 - Door 3: Locker Items – Pull up, give name and a staff member will bring
you what was in the locker

Please note for underclassmen – keep musical instruments, keep your computer, keep
your performance uniforms, keep books... You will be able to return these items when
we re-open.

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING TO WOODSON HIGH SCHOOL NEXT YEAR, PLEASE
EMAIL Ms. Lieb-Mosley at cliebmosley@fcps.edu as we have different
information for your family.
