i) The earth will be full

EARTH – Refers to the Cosmos – the physical world and

FULL – Complete, to the greatest degree or extent

KNOWLEDGE – Information, Understanding, Wisdom,

LORD – The Creator and Possessor of Heaven and Earth

Non-Cognitive Knowledge of God; Nature of God, Wisdom of
God, Attributes of God, Character of God, Personality of God,
Technology of God, Systems of God, Patterns of God,
Principles of God, Ways and Acts of God

iii) GLORY OF THE LORD – Essentially the same as the
Knowledge of God. More accurately, it refers to the outward,
radiant, expression of the nature, attributes, principles,
character, personality and purpose of God

WATER – one of the most essential components of life, most
abundant resource, most basic and most valuable resource

COVER – encompass, saturate, overwhelm, blanket,

proliferate

Sea – abundance, spread, scope, stretch, immeasurable

iv) The essence of God permeating the entire spread of the
habitable universe as dominant and overwhelming as the

The whole world will be saturated with the essence of the
Nature, Will, Purpose and Plan of God

 VISION IMPLICATIONS
To bring to reality the wish and desire of The Father and propagate
the work that Jesus Christ came to commission on Earth through His
life, death, resurrection and ascension, the vision of Ocean of Grace
was given. This is the embodiment of what we now call OCEAN OF
GRACE INTERNATIONAL KINDGOM CENTER. Since the outpouring of
the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, fifty days after the
Resurrection and ten days after the Ascension, the work of
evangelism was handed down to all believers. The church as been a
factory ever since. Many more Church Factories will be born in the
years to come until we achieve the mandate of Isa.11:9; Hbk 2:14

 Been raised speaks of intentional submission to a family where you are

nurtured and cared for until you mature.

 We must be raised according to certain mapped out protocols and

instructions.
 Our factory-installed software (at birth) needs to be activated and
configured. Wrong behavioural and attitudinal patterns needs to be
corrected by spiritual modification and social enhancement.
 Some of the ways we have been raised by our parents need to be revisited

 GOD-CLASS not World-Class or First-Class

 God-Class means that we are measured, evaluated, driven, influenced, or

controlled by the God’s ways. We are patterned, cultured, calibrated,
engineered after God’s ways as expressed in the Holy Scriptures.

 We understand that success according to the current system of things

(worldly standard) is flawed and falls short of the values and virtues of
Heaven.
 God-Class means our blueprint is from another dimension. We operate
with Heaven’s Technology and Principles which are alien to this world

 BELIEVERS [Genuinely Saved]
 Believers are those who believe a certain truth with all its ramification.

 Believers believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God

 We believe in Jesus Christ (Life, Death, Resurrection, Ascension, and
Soon Coming)
 We believe in the Bible (the 66 Books)
 We believe in the Holy Spirit
 We believe in the Love of the Father and His Final Solution for Salvation
of Humanity and all Humanity’s crisis is only found in Jesus Christ

 PASSION
 Something that is desired intensely
 An irrational but irresistible motive for a belief or action
 Passion is an obsessive desire for what you love usually expressed
outwardly with signs and symptoms as if one is addicted to the object of
love.
 It was David’s passionate love for God that made him dance and didn’t
even know when his outer garment came off and still didn’t stop dancing
for God
 Paul’s passion for the Gospel is seen in all his epistles. 1 Cor.9:16
 Jesus’ Passion was clearly seen during the last week for he was crucified

 KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT
 Kingdom – The domain of God where His Will, Laws, Purposes are been
done
 Advancement
 Encouragement of the progress, growth or acceptance of something
 The act of moving forward (as toward a goal)
 Gradual improvement, growth or development

 Kingdom Advancement therefore refers to the intentional, deliberate,

systematic, orchestrated actions taken to spread the Will, Laws, Purposes,
Plans, Structure, Principles, Values and Virtues of God as revealed by the
teachings of Christ and the Apostles of the Lamb. Matthew 28:18-20

 VISION COMPONENTS
 CHURCH REVOLUTION – Will initiate three Rs – Revival, Reformation and
Restoration.
 Jesus Christ is coming for a glorious church, without spot, or wrinkle, or
any blemish.
 Largely, the Body of Christ has been in apostasy for almost two decades!
 It will take nothing short of a great and massive wave of revival to bring
the Church back to normalcy.
 To initiate, precipitate and sustain the kind of revival needed for the world
to come to repentance and Christ-likeness requires a Church Revolution.
 Church Revolution is a total change from the conventional ways of
preaching, teaching, evangelizing and running of services. It is penetrating
into the world with the systems and principles of righteousness.

 VISION COMPONENTS
 SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION is the effect of world-penetrating Gospel.
 When the Gospel moves from Churches to the Marketplace and Political
and Economic Governance, Social Transformation is the result.
 When the principles, systems and strategies of the Kingdom of God is used
to craft and draft constitutions of government, economic policies, social
structures, scientific and technological innovations, judicial framework,
parliamentary roadmaps and guidelines, the result is a society that is
transformed by the Spirit.
 Such a Spirit Transformed Society was what was on God’s mind when He
created the Garden of Eden. The Early Church had taste of this dimension
in Acts 2:44-45. The Church is expected to continue in this pursuit until
Jesus comes to bring the restoration of all things in the Millennium Kind

 GLOBAL DOMINATION – This will be actualized when Spirit-Driven Social
Transformation is replicated in every sector of society and in every region
of the world.
 Global Ills such as Poverty, Famine, Hunger, Infant Mortality, Wars,
Pestilence, Corruption, Bad Governance, Illiteracy, Violence, Racism etc.
will continue to thrive until the Church achieve the task of Global
Domination by Social Transformation and Church Revolution.

 The world does not need more money; the world needs more givers.
 The world does not need more wealthy people; the world needs more
distributors of wealth! The world needs more global minded Christians

the purpose of God for our lives and we embrace it with total submission
and are willing and ready to go all the way for God without hesitation.
Christ-like-ness is the state of perfect obedience, perfect acceptance,
perfect communion, perfect union, perfect loyalty to God just like Christ to

come to unity and it places a high demand of consecration on us which
many times we are fallen short of.

what happens in His domain. Everything in heaven reflects the nature,

 The Government of Heaven refers to the King of Heaven and all His

 Only works done by the help or assistance of the Holy Spirit will transcend
the earth realm into the presence of the Father.
 The Holy Spirit is the Commander-in-Chief (or Chief Executor) of God’s
Plan and Program on Earth. Without Him we can do absolutely nothing

 The Holy Spirit takes us into the presence of the Father and grants us
access to Storehouse of Heaven where all kinds of knowledge resources
exists.
 The Holy Spirit empowers us to confront the most vicious forms of evil,
darkness and to challenge the Principalities behind darkness.

 The Work of the Ministry will continue until the Second Coming of Jesus
Christ called ‘‘The Parousia’’
 The actual date of Jesus’ Return is not known to any man.
 From the Scriptures it is highly unlikely that God will grant any End-time
Prophet that information. However, we have been given abundant signs
that will serve as warnings and indicators of the proximity to the actual
moment.

destroyed and Satan imprisoned in the Bottomless Pit
