All tomporatures of 37.5°C and above should be prevented from entering the facility symptoms checking The presence of COVID-19 symptoms such as couahs, colds, fever. or any respiratory symptom should be asked from anyone ontoring the facility. Anyone with symptoms should be prevented from entering the facility. DISINFECTION Hand hygiene stations with antibacterials hand rub (60% to 80% alcohol). - Foot wear sanitation = FPA-approved disinfecting agents should be i used for areas which are exposed and are points of possible contamination such as door knobs, handrails, and elevator buttons. Testing kits Used and procured shall be tne responsibility of the employer. DOH protocol shall be followed for the testing of workers and interpretation of results in accordance with DOH Department Memorandum No. 2020-0180: Revised Interim Guidelines on Expanded Testing for COVID-19, 16 April 2020 and DOH Administr: fe Order No. 2020-0014: Guidelines in Securing a License to Operate a COVID-19 Testing Laboratory in the Philippines, ¢ § soe 07 April 2020. Company policy in COVID-19 tosting shall be formulatect and agracd upon by employers and workers in conformity with the DOH protocols. Workers with a negative result shall continue to work. They should be given appropriate advice and instructions once they develop any health complaints or symptoms. This may include provision for entrance and exits.
