Dear Ma’am/Sir:

Good day! This letter is to inform you about my student who has retained status. Gian Carlo M.
Madrigal was last attended in school September 2018 but during the first two weeks he attended
in his class twice so I decided to call him and after that he came to school and when October
came he never attended in school so I called him but he did not answer my call and also I called
his parent and his mother did not picked my call so I try and and try and when she answer my
call I asked her why his son not attended his class and if she knows it and she said his son his on
their house and he did not want to study anymore, they decided to drop out his son in school so I
said to her to go to school to officially drop out his son because if she did not do that the tuition
fee is continued. I called his mother several times to update her and to asked her about the status
of his son that she need to come to school but apparently she promised to come to school she
also gave me a date but still she did not come. I also asked GIAN classmate Frank Muli to say to
his parent but he said no one is on their house. I do it so many times but still no one is on their
house. Today I call his parent but apparently he phone is cannot be reach.
