Dear Ms. Barber,

It is with great pleasure to be working with Microsourcing Philippines Inc and Adore Beauty for
almost two and a half year as Customer Service Advisor. I have come to know from our manager,
Ms. Karol Gan, that there is an opening for her previous position as a customer service team leader. I
have been working for Ms. Karol since September 11, 2017, and I am now well versed with the job
responsibilities.

I’ve been consistently on the top of our team with regards to stats and performance evaluation for
the past couple of months. I have also been chosen as one of the MS Finest last year. As you can see,
I have delivered quality performance with our team and the company. I have learned a lot working
for almost 7 years now and working for Ms. Gan for almost two years have been a very good
experience for me and I can say that I am more than capable of handling the Manila team as Ms. Gan
did for us.

I hope that the management will acknowledge my skills and take my intention into consideration. I
