The United States’ Declaration of Self-Governance

The unanimous Declaration of Self-Governance of the united States of America,


Let these words be declared and laid down again for the People. When in the Course of human
events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected
them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station
to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of
mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their
just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government
becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence,
indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and
transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to
suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they
are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same
Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty,
to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has
been the patient sufferance of the People of these States; and such is now the necessity which
constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the many recent
Presidents of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in
direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts
be submitted to a candid world.
The following are the charges for those several actions which have gone unaddressed or
propagated or worsened by the acting “Officers” of the United States:
For initiating several attacks on the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments
to the Constitution as described in detail in the latter examples;
For allowing minorities, poor, uneducated, and mentally ill, and other innocent civilians to be
effectively murdered by a military-style police force which is often found to have ties to the very
criminals they claim to fight, and with little if only oversight;
For allowing the “Reconstruction Amendments” to the Constitution to be so vaguely worded as
to both allow legal slavery in the form of private and overcrowded prisons and create the false
sense of two classes of citizenship which has greatly expanded the reach of federal laws beyond
the vision of the founding fathers;
For interfering with, regulating, taxing, and/or prohibiting the right to property, right to
possession of substances, right to work, freedom of self-expression, right to travel, and right to
personal liberty;
For robbing the public of wealth, allowing fiat currency to become legal tender, and allowing a
private Federal Reserve to manufacture currency for the United States;
For allowing public schools to become dumbed down to a point where a vast percentage of the
youth of the United States are unaware of both their many rights and freedoms and the unbiased
history of the nation and for allowing propaganda, mandatory vaccines, mandatory opinionated
topics such as transgender or sexual education interfering with parents’ freedom of religion, and
standardized and unproductive environments as the one and only method of public education in
schools as of late, further inhibiting the freedom of self-expression;
For allowing political assassinations of leaders who acted against the military-industrial complex
of society, such as John F. Kennedy, and for the continued use of acts of disputed or confirmed
propaganda to justify the War on Drugs, Vietnam War, Gulf War, and the recent wars and acts of
war in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria;
For using fear campaigns of propaganda to convince the public to criminalize herbs and
medicines while simultaneously allowing several corrupt opportunists to traffic large amounts of
such medicines and drugs and facilitate crime without governmental interference;
For suggesting governmental involvement in secret societies and Satanic cults, and for alluding
to a “New World Order” of totalitarian statism as the hopeful future of the United States in
several public acts of deception and propaganda;
For allowing unregulated capitalism to pollute politics to such an extreme that most if not all
pieces of legislation are written, lobbied by, or financially backed by a handful of few wealthy
business owners, effective instilling a de facto oligarchy form of government;
For furthering the divide between the People and their sovereign power of government by
allowing election fraud in the form of missing ballots, electronic ballots with no paper trail, and
elections with different presidential winners when comparing results from the electoral college
and the popular vote;
For using propaganda to promote and allowing such unfettered legislation as the PATRIOT Act
and related laws, which have interfered with or prevented the Public from engaging in many
different rights and freedoms such as the right to privacy, anonymity, or travel, among others;
For being unable to dismiss a candidate running for the President of the United States for likely
or actual crime committed or for other ethically biased or discriminatory behavior;
For inflicting direct fear and harm on the public in the form of a “medical” martial law for
allowing businesses to lawfully discriminate while forcing others to close and forcing millions of
Americans onto state or federal programs such as unemployment or welfare, and for endangering
the rights and health of others by promoting the statist philosophy of the collective health as
being more important than an individual’s.

We the People have acted in several protests over the decades and centuries to attempt to ensure
that our rights are heard and protected. These several protests post 9/11 have typically led to little
to no change on a federal level, and often lead to military action in which innocent civilians are
injured and many other protesters are led in the false belief campaign of propaganda to believe
that the right of the People is to harm other members of the public.
We the People have and keep the right to bear arms for any reason and to use arms and force
against a corrupted government, but this current de facto tyrannical oligarchy has devised a
method to keep the public fighting amongst themselves in a dualistic, “lesser of two evils”
worldview while they continue to rob the wealth and power of the nation and bring us closer to a
de jure statist one-world government in which the public have no rights but merely privileges
granted by their “state.”
We the People have attempted to have our rights heard and protected. We have protested when
such rights were taken from us unlawfully and arbitrarily. We have tried everything we could to
reestablish the philosophies and laws of freedom and equality that this nation was built upon.
Nothing has changed.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress,
assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in
the name, and by authority of the good People of these States, solemnly publish and declare, that
these United States are vested with sovereign power originating exclusively from the People, and
such power is set forth by the People again here for a new framework of government to form.
We the People declare that the ruling de facto government no longer is acting in obedience of the
Constitution of the United States which has granted them such power to lead, and such power is
therefore revoked from all such current acting officers of the United States. For the support of
this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge
to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
