ABSTRACT

BALANGKAS is a Filipino Vernacular term used in construction referring to

form works. For the designer, it is the most important component in construction as it

shapes one of the most important components in building development which is the

Structural Component of the building.

The Professional Regulation Commission is a government sector under the

Department of Labour and Employment that is in- charge with Professional Licensure

Examination of the 43 Professional Regulatory Boards under commission.

For years, the commission have been serving the country regarding its

functions but there are factors that it needs to be improved with regards its service.

Applicants, Examinees and Professionals with regards the facilities and services.

There are a lot of factors observed as well when it comes to the user experience, there

are factors that needs to be improved.

As seen through the development of the new Central Branch that will be located

in Pasay City, Philippines, it serves as a next phase to service improvement by creating

opportunities per region.

The development will also serve as a platform of promotion of “Local

Professionalism” where it showcase Filipino talents of various professionals

establishing names and contributes to their field of profession.
