Replaceme

Refer to spare parts drawings of MVR mill in chapter 9, item 311.

Loosen and remove the hexagon socket head cap screws (item 313).
Remove the clamping ring (item 312).
Remove the roller tire from the roller body (bearing bushing, item 320).
Insert and align the clamping ring (item 312),
Grease the threads of the hexagon socket head cap screws (item 313)

Replacement of gr
The replacement of the grinding plate segments (item 211)
Fasten the two transporting eyes (item 2)
Fit the load bearing element (item 1)
chain hoist (item 11) and four chains (items 9 and 10).
Fasten the load bearing element with the screws (item 3).
Do not operate the rope winch or chain hoist unless the stop for the trolley (item 12)
Loosen the screws (item 245.1)
remove the cover plate (item 245)

Loosen the clamping screws (item 204)

remove the clamping pieces (item 203).
Lift up the first grinding plate segment and then place the round sling (item 13)
Mount the first grinding plate segment above a carrier bolt (item 219).
fit the clamping pieces (item 213)
tighten the clamping screws (item 204)

drive in the spacers (items 211.1-.4)

Insert the sealing cord (item 253)

mount the cover plate (item 245)
remove the load bearing element (item 1)
transporting eyes (item 2)
Retighten the clamping screws (item 204)
