Every company practice the job design to manage task, duties and any responsibilities
toward their employee to work together then achieve certain objectives. Job design is
important to industry when we as operation manager want to decide on the contents of the
duties, task and responsibilities to be carrying out the job in different technique.

associated with the job. So, as operation manager we want to save cost before we take any
new employee so we can use job enlargement to increase the scope of certain employee

3. Job Enrichment – Is a way that the organization redesigning jobs to make they’re more
challenging or give more repetitive works. The purpose is we want to make the duties more
satisfying to the employee to make them not feel bored.
