Design Features
With more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing acid and/or
synthetic vapor centrifugal blower for industrail work, we have
gradually developped our product to be highly recognized and
satisfied by customers in types of industry

The ASIA BLOWER is FRP blower designed so that all parts exposed
to the airstream are constructed of high-quality corrosion-resistant
fiberglass reinforced plastic(FRP). The FRP blower is resistant to
attack from most chemicals and is ideally suited to applications in
the chemical, pulp and paper, wastewater-treatment, fertilizer,
pharmaceutical, Electronics, battery, rubber gloves, galvanizes and
steel industries.

14 sizes : 180, 200, 250, 300, 350, 450, 500,

600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 and
1400 mm. wheel diameters are provided.
Capacities up to 84,000 CFM.
Static pressures up to 12" WG.
Temperatures resistance up to 100 oC.

FRP Blower backward inclined wheels provide high efficiency

with a non-overloading horsepower characteristic. They are
made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin.
Metal hub, shaft, and stainless-steel fasteners are
encapsulated in full-thickness FRP. Highpressure wheel
includes center reinforcement ring constructed of FRP.

DRAIN PLUG HOUSING

Housing is made of high quality, corrosion resistant polyester resin. By

using molds,housing interior and exterior surfaces are smooth,
improving efficiency, easier to clean and reducing the potential for
material build-up.
All wheels are dynamically balanced before final assembly. After
assembly, all blowers are given a final balance check at the specified
running speed.

Drain-threaded drain with PVC, at lowest point of housing for draining

any fluids that may accumulate in the blower.

Flanged inlet and outlet provide easy joint to duct and flexible hose.

Safety equipment-belt guards and shaft and bearing guards are

available for all arrangements.

Shaft seal-EPDM elements in FRP casing is available for operation at

exhausting contaminated air. This seal is not gas tight.

On single inlet blowers, drive side is always considered as the side opposite blower inlet.
3. Direction of discharge is determined in accordance with diagrams. Angle of discharge is referred to the vertical axis of the blower and
designated from such standard reference axis. Angle of discharge may be any intermediate angle as required.
4. For blower inverted for ceilimg suspension, or side wall mounting, direction of rotation and discharge is determined when blower is resting
on floor.

SPECIFICATION

Blower Vibration Severity Chart

Guidelines for Interpreting the Classifications on the Severity Chart

Smooth : Alignment, balance, and the integrity of the support structure must
be near perfect and the vibration from source other than blower
equipment must be low.
Good : Requires reasonable care on installation, proper foundation, good
balance on the rotating components, and good alignment of the
running gear.
Fair : Blower equipment can operate in this region, but imperfection are
indicated.
Slightly Rough : Requires service. Continued use in this condition will reduce
equipment life. Monitor equipment for deterioration.
Rough : Requires service. Dangerous operating conditions for blower
equipment. Shut equipment down.
Shut Down : Do not operate blower equipment. Potential for catastrophic failure.
