ABSTRACT

Abstract is the essence of the entire report. The objective of abstract is to

provide an overview of the content. An abstract should be independent and
should stand-alone. This report has been a great learning experience for me;
at the same time it gave me enough scope to implement my analytical ability.
According to my research topic, I have searched about the customer
satisfaction towards online trading with special reference to Religare
securities limited in Raipur city. Then there are some aspects on which I
focused.

• I discussed with company official and domain faculty.

• I searched information by the help of primary data collection tools like

questionnaires & survey method.

• The third step taken by me is the formation of questionnaire by which I

got information from organization and peoples.

• In fourth step I analyzed all the data which I got during the research.

Some of the people of Raipur city are aware about share market but they
have some misunderstanding and misperception about share market. For
them it is just like a speculation or gambling that’s why they don’t want to
invest their money in share market. This Project report helps me to know
about share market.
