◦ Natural Language Processing: Collated a dictionary corpus, then proceeded to construct a
penalty matrix to compare words phonetically. This involved data preprocessing & object-oriented
programming in Python.

Projects/Relevant Coursework
• Twitter Sentiment Analysis using ML: This provided experience in data collation, preprocessing &
analysis. Ten different machine learning models were evaluated by means of cross-validation, including
logistic regression, naive bayes & linear SVM. Subsequently, classification was conducted via predictive
analysis.
• Dash Visualization: Constructed a web page on the frontend to effectively visualise the findings of my
dissertation project. This included graphs to illustrate a comparison of ten machine learning classifiers, as
well as insights pertaining to the General Election.
• Web scraper: Wrote a program in Python implementing regular expressions, to collate valid phone
numbers from the internet.
• AI checkers: Book that gives step by step instructions on setting up developer environment on Mac OS.
