International Law is important because this law serves as arm for peace
and order and for the nation’s survival. It is an essential law that is needed and
should be part of the policies that rule us for us to have a harmonized
relationship with the other countries. This law protects general principle, custom
and traditions of each nation.
The Philippine Administrative Law (EO 292) tackles about the different
powers of the government and its distribution. Every agency has their own
function and responsibilities that are mandated by the law. It always focused on
the goodness and betterment of the people and their lives. As it states “ the
prime duty of the government is to serve and protect the people” . It is a
reminder that the state is the main protector and promoter of the rights, equality
and opportunity among the community that it has. We have all those government
agencies who govern different areas such as foreign affairs, finance, justice,
agriculture, education, environment, communication, health, employment,
tourism and a lot more.
The state ensures the growth of the economy and equitable distribution of
the benefits of the people by the National Economic and Development Authority.
All the projects and programs that are need to be implemented should be
approved and should be passed by it. This guarantee that all those projects will
benefit the people, which should be well-formulated, planned and has an impact
which will be continuous and for long-term.
Executive Order No 291 gives assurance that the needs of the current
generation will be met however it should also determine the needs of the next
generation. Development should be sustainable and increasing. Improvement is
important as well as it’s impact.
