Each submitted paper, after a positive editoral opinion, undergo a double blind peer review
process.
Typically the redaction seeks opinion of two independent referees. Each manuscript is
checked under the following criteria:
If the paper receives two contradictory reports, the redaction seeks for the third referee.
Note: Before sending to the referees each paper undergo checking for plagiarism procedure at
http://www.crossref.org/crosscheck/.
The use of the content of this journal is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution
license as currently displayed on http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0, under

Accepted articles can be self-archived provided a link to the published version is present. The
published PDF cannot be used for self-archiving.
There are no charges or fees for submiting the manuscript (no article submission charges).
The journal does not charge the authors for processing the accepted paper (no article
processing charges).
