Striving towards quality and customer satisfaction is the company mission. Quality assurance
provides a framework on how to achieve this, and the first step in the implementation is to really
understand what the standard requires.

To implement new techniques to improve quality, we have to know that where we stand right
now, what are the techniques, we are practicing in our organization supported by the documents.
After doing this activity, we have to analyze the existing methods by the help of Quality Analyst.
If any further modification is required, that is to be done.
