New to market
Laptop with printer is new to the market and awareness level of the customers are not that high.
Issue Analysis: Marketing department will increase customer awareness by means of online advertising
and online contest to communicate better with the customers. There will be a plan of making a page to answer
all inquiries of the customers. Meanwhile, Marketing department have this initiative plan since social media and
social network is also a place for everyone. With this, we can connect with customers and increase awareness of
customers. With the help of Advertising agency, we will update the website and page daily.

Brand not diversified


Being new to the market, the brand is still not well-known compared to other brand. As the brand still not
diversified, the customers trust to the brand is still not that high. Customers might not purchase as they still
check the ability of the product and its life span.
Issue Analysis: Marketing department will plan to have event in school for them to test the ability of
Laptop with printer. There will be free printing area and photo booth that will be use by the students while
utilizing the laptop with printer “Lapter”

Lapter and other brand substantially being judged by the potential customers depending on the price of the
product, with the purchase made mostly on the basis of which is cheaper.On the other hand, Lapter might be
pricey because of its features and being a 2 in 1 technology.

improving quality of the product and its life span. Improving design and box packaging that will attract
customers about the product. There will be high specifications that will both meet the consumers need and
wants.

new entrants in marketplace will form new advance technology that will be your competitor in future.
