Report of details of E-content developed from 4th March 2020 to 8thJune

2020.

1. All the faculty have sent PDF notes (Handwritten and typed) between 14th
March to 30th March in Google Classroom, and Whats app groups.
2. Faculty have started sharing Self-Videos and started taking online classes
from April 1st week onwards.
3. For some subjects students have preferred online classes rather than
offline videos.
4. Most faculties have engaged online classes in ZOOM, GOOGLE MEET.
5. Faculty have given question bank (VTU Questions) with answers or
solution to help students write tests and assignments.
6. All the three CIE Tests are conducted in ZOOM, by following systematic
time table and duty allotment schedule
7. Seminar presentations, Internship presentations and Project review
presentations are systematically conducted as per time table and schedule.
8. For all theory subjects’ syllabus coverage as on date is 90-95% and
efforts are on for conveying lab demonstration through videos. Portion
for labs is around 50-60%.
9. Laboratory demonstration VIDEOS are prepared by faculty members and
uploaded to students
10.Department has organised two webinars and two E – Quizzes
11.All faculties have registered and started sharing content in Institute E
Learning Portal.
12.Faculty are instructed to continue revising the courses as per students’
requirements till 30th of June as per VTU guidelines.
13.Faculty have planned to revise and solve VTU question papers as soon as
VTU allows for physical contact hours before conducting final exams.
