Dear Madam:

We would like to inform your good office that the College of Business, Entrepreneurship and
Accountancy will have an Extension Activity in Solana, Cagayan on March 15, 2019 at 7:30 in
the morning.

In line with this, may we request for the utilization of the vehicle to conduct the extension
activity. The said activity will be joined by some members of the faculty and students who will
be going to assist the faculty on the said activity.
