Mustard Oil Therapy
( Mustard Oil Means Pure Mustard Oil Of Mill )
Mustard Oil is curative and preventive both. Total Body including internal and external
both may be taken care of by Mustard Oil. It helps to fight viruses of different kinds and
if attacked, may be cured too.
In case of Born Baby as we know especially in Jharkhand in India, garlics are husked
and cut into pieces and poured into Mustard Oil and then this Mustard Oil is boiled till
garlics are deep fried and after cooling, this Mustard Oil is applied to entire outer Body of
the Born Baby. One can do this as many times as one likes, but normally two to three
times a day and for as many days as one likes, but minimum for 45 days or upto six
months. This helps to cure the skin of the child and saves the Born Baby from infections
from others with whom contact the Born Baby comes in early days since its Birth as well
as it gives strength to the Born Baby so that every part of the Body functions properly in
movements. Therefore, this miracle functioning of Mustard Oil in case of Born Baby
which is really a great recovery to Born Baby towards normal growth and its proper
functioning so far as different moving parts of the Body are concerned.
When going to be married couples – both bride and bridegroom especially in
Jharkhand in India, are taken care of by their elder female family members respectively.
Elder female family members apply Mustard Oil mixed with turmeric after grinding it to
bride and bridegroom respectively from both sides at least 7 to 10 days before the actual
marriage date. This mixed Mustard Oil is applied to both bride and bridegroom from
their respective elder female family members on the whole Body above chest / breast upto
neck including the entire back and including both hands and arms as well as to legs and
feet. It is because of the facts that both bride and bridegroom are saved from infections
because of their coming into contact with others during the marriage ceremony as well as
this mixed Mustard Oil also takes care of any kind of wounds and pimples etc. as well as
gives smoothness of skin.
Next important one – People especially Ladies are mostly fighting against dandruffs
and falling hairs , so I did a long Research and finally came to the conclusion that let us
apply Mustard Oil including scalp and dandruffs will disappear and hairs will stop falling,
so avoid all types of Shampoos, Hair Oils etc. and adopt Mustard Oil so that one can get
rid of dandruffs and falling hairs. I have this long experience. It also retains Blackish of
hairs. At the same time, if there are some wounds or some spots in the scalp, then this
Mustard Oil will help in curing these if this Mustard Oil is also applied on scalp while
applying in hairs.
Then comes wounds, pimples, spots of any kind including black spots below eyes,
roughness of skins etc. especially on faces and other parts of the body, application of
Mustard Oil for a regular long time ultimately cures them and also help to avoid these in
future especially on faces. So far as greasiness of faces is concerned, one may after
application of Mustard Oil after some time, use a little talcum powder on faces to avoid
greasiness.
Next comes Nose and Navel – which are also very important parts of the Body where
Mustard Oil should be applied for various benefits. First of all, if Mustard Oil is sucked
through nose with the help of thumb and index-middle fingers regularly at least twice of
thrice a day, it helps to cure cough and cold or if one has not cough and cold and if one
sucks Mustard Oil in above manner, cough and cold will not easily affect such persons.
Secondly, if one applies Mustard Oil in Navel two-to-three times daily with the help of
middle finger taking Mustard Oil in it, infections will not attack the person which are in
environment either through mouth or nose as well as it will also avoid allergy through
environment, so mostly women apply Mustard Oil in the Navel of Born Baby so that
infections of any kind in the environment are neutralised or do not allow to infect the
Born Baby.
Itching and Eczema – If there is Itching or Eczema on any part of the Body with rough
skins meaning pimples etc., apply this Mustard Oil on that portion regularly, it cures the
above, but it takes time, but improvement is shown within a fortnight and even the spot
remains, it will also be removed in long run if applied regularly.
Then, there are corns on the feet, cracks in the feet, nail disorders and feet to be saved
from water etc., so in all these cases, use of Mustard Oil is much more beneficial in long
use regularly.
Also, if someone falls down on knees and hurt only during playing, walking, running
etc., and there are severe pains in knees, then this Mustard Oil mixed with ground
turmeric in it, this mixed Mustard Oil will absorb the pains of knees within two-to-three
days and completely cures in a week if regularly applied.
Hence, infinite benefits of pure Mustard Oil of Mill have been explained in details
above and these are well experienced and done for long, so People may get benefits of all
the above.
