Chapter 4

This Chapter includes the research results and discussion in the basis of the answers of the
selected respondents of FVNHS.

Question 1:
What is attendance before w/out Free School Bus?
It was found out that 97% of the respondents said that their attendance before without free
School Bus is not perfect. While 3% of the respondent said that they come on school every day
without Free School Bus.

Question 2:
Is Free School Bud increases the number of students in Felisberto Verano Senior High School?
The study found out that Free School Bus really increases the number of students of
Felisberto Verano Senior High School. 99% of the total number of respondents agreed that they
come in school every day with perfect attendance.

Question 3:
Does Free School Bus provide solution to those poor students of Felisberto Verano Senior High
School?
On the total number of respondents, 99% of the respondents agreed that Free School Bus help
them to come in school every day even they don't have enough allowance for their lunch and
snacks. And with Free School Bus they could ride safe and fast.

Question 4:
Does Free School Bus help students avoid absenteeism?
The study found out that with Free School Bus they come on school every day. Thus, they
can avoid cutting class because they are not allowed to go out in Campus unless they had a valid
reason. The School was strictly monitored by the Principal through the presence of School Guard.

Question 5:
How it affects the status of students of Felisberto Verano Senior High School?
It was found out that status of students with the access of Free School Bus is a 100% good.
They are participative and attentive on the class because they are inspired to learn and mold in the
school because of the support of the Local Government Unit.

Question 6:
 Do Free School Bus enter every day in each Barangays?
School Bus are failed to enter everyday in every Barangay. Because there are times specially
on the time of Former Mayor Atty. William Angos that School Bus serves as transportation to all
paddlers specially when they join contest. However, there are also reasons say that school bud
cannot enter or pick up students each Barangay because sometimes it undergone repairs due to
overloaded passengers.

Question 7:
Are they come on School on time?
The study found out that 98% of the respondents says that they failed to come in School on
time because they pick up in each Barangays quarter 8 in the morning and 3:00 o'clock in the
afternoon. However, there are only 2 School Bus available and that 2 School Bus pick all the
students in each Barangays that are far from school. That is why drivers are trying their best to
enter everyday on barangays on time but they failed going if which is absolutely the problem
before until now.

Question 8:
What are the route they are taken for getting school?
School Bus will only take those Barangays that is for from Schools. Such as Brgy. Manlico,
Tuboran, Capandan, Madrelino, Uba, Barobo, Sabang, Tigao, Burgos, and Mabahin.

Question 9:
Does every student from different Barangay access this Municipal Project?
90% of the students from different Barangay said that they access or receive this Municipal
Project even before that is not Free in the time of Former Mayor Pet Trinidad. However, they
claim that in the present times, they are totally benefited with Free School Bus regardless of social
status. They ride to school safe and faster.

Question 10:
Is there any biased happened between those rich and poor students in terms of collector’s
accommodation?
There is always biased happened even in collector’s accommodation to the students. 93% of
the students encountered that sometimes they never treated well unless they see they are simple
and poor. Specially, there are times that Government employees are more welcome and they sit
comfortable while students are standing position. That is the problem encountered by many
students until now.
