promoted in the others. International transfer and
communication are more common. For describing this present
time, they use the term: THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION.
This phenomenon affects the economic business and exerts a
wide influence on society at that. The growth of the developing
countries is the main cause of globalization and it brings both
opportunities and disadvantages to them.
Globalization is a process and this process makes
developments in these countries.
>First of all is the independence of each of developing
countries. <
The development in industry, economy, culture and polity gives
solutions to social problems.
The most serious problem of all of the governments in the world
is unemployment.

most of the labour in developing countries are very cheap so the
multinational companies always employ the worker in host
countries. Moreover when the multinational companies
cooperate with a country, they also bring their religion, culture,
and life style. Meeting them, the people in the poor country
increase their standard of living and get acquainted with new
civilization.
>Furthermore, globalization also creates an aggressive
competition in industry.<
For the progression of industrialization, less developing
countries cooperate with more developing countries to get new
technology or instruct employees to know some modern
methods. With these advantages, governments have a basic
background to build their country and escape from the Third
World.

Globalization is a process in which economic, political, and socio-

cultural relations are established across a long geographic distance.
Globalization gains its strength from the possibilities opened up by
technologies, strategies and policies. The reality takes effect when the
fears, ideas, actions and reactions occur due to globalization. In a fully
globalized society, borders no longer protect people, goods, and
symbols. The world becomes this worldwide network where the borders
fade away. A factor within globalization is consolidation. This is when
globalization is forcing companies that used to enjoy protected home
markets to compete with foreign rivals. Globalization is something that
is acknowledged and then acted upon. When globalization is properly
acted upon, political policies begin to affect economic strategies, which
then affect social reactions and so on. This process occurs at many
different interconnected geographic levels. Globalization is a journey, a
proce!
             ss, and it is on-going. Globalization is a reality that touches our
lives in ways most people never stop to think about.
             Some would say that the world was as globalized 100yrs ago as
it is today, with trade and migration. In the 1930's depression, the Nation
drew back from their international markets. But the rise of the Western
states to build and strengthen international ties in the aftermath of World
War II laid the groundwork for today's globalization. The fall of
protectionist barriers has stimulated free movement of capital and paved
the way for companies to set up several bases around the world. Today
the rise of the Internet has boosted globalization tremendously. 

Globalization is a historical phenomenon that has been

happening for decades now, and whether it generates
growth or not is a matter of whose point of view it is. The
western countries, especially America and some European
nations, are the ones taking full advantage of the benefits
of globalization. On the other hand, some experts say that
globalization is not doing much for the developing
countries, or that it may be even worsening their scenarios
of poverty and social inequality. But, I will get back to
that later . The point is that globalization, while it was
primarily triggered by the emergence of a global market
and facilitated by the democratization of communication
technologies, also caused cultural, social and even
political changes.

Globalization is something that has been with the human race ever since the world
has begun. From local to global, we could attribute this to the result of human
innovation and technological progress. Globalization from the word global means
spreading throughout the world, in other words spreading world-wide. The aims of
having a 'globalized community' is to have interdependence of the entire world and
its people from each other with concern for the rest of the world at the expense of
national self-development and self-interests. Globalization became world-wide
popular about 1992, when most people talked about it mainly in the field of
economy. But today, it has been spoken of as a fashion word, and it attracts much
attention from he academic scholars. The reason is that globalization has been an
unstoppable world trend which changes the whole world so greatly that no
countries and nations can be separated from it.
