Today I chose to do 2 abs workouts videos. Each of it takes 10 mins. I chose to
do this kind of workout because I want to get a flatter belly from eating a lot on the
holiday time 🤣. And I also want to do exercise. I enjoyed the workout because it’s
not very hard for me to do it. I did these workouts for 2 weeks already and I hope I
can still keep going doing them. I was engaged in the whole workout. The video that

Today I chose to try to do a cardio workout video because many people told
me that it’s hard. I planned to do it for 20 mins but when I did it, I was very tired. The
jumping in the workouts makes me feel very tired so I need to take a break after 10
mins. Then I did the rest after that. The video that I think I will do next is the legs

Today I chose to do a K Pop dance workout video. I chose it because I think it
will be fun and not really tired. I kind of enjoyed it because the song was good but it
was very tiring. I did it for 10 mins. I will do an abs workout for my next video.

Today I did the Fat loss body shred exercise. I chose to do this workout
because I want to lose my body fats. And I also tried Bring Sally Up – Ab Challenge,
it was hard and after I did it my abs hurt. Next time I planned to do Muscle Builder –
No equipment video.

Today I did the BTS dance cardio. Before I did it, I thought that the video name
is K-pop dancing so I think that it will be fun but after I did it, I was so tired. I feel like
I did TIK TOK Dance Party Abs. It was very fun. I enjoyed it very much. The
exercise is not too hard and I think I’m gonna do the BullyJuice Advanced next class.

I did a Fat burns Beginner Chloe Ting video, it was great. I usually watch her
video frequently so I enjoyed it a lot. Next time I think I will try an Advanced fats burn
workout.
Today, I did an Advanced fats burn workout. It was terrible for me. So tired
like I'm gonna die lol. Next class I will do a two weeks abs workout challenge.

Today I started to do the two weeks abs challenge video. I struggle a little bit
but that’s fine. I enjoyed it a lot and I hope I can do it for the rest of this two weeks.
