Meiling 1107 Dairy 

April 20th 2020 

Time : 2.25 pm 

Today I chose to do 2 abs workouts videos. Each of it takes 10 mins. I chose to 

do this kind of workout because I want to get a flatter belly from eating a lot on the 

holiday time 🤣. And I also want to do exercise. I enjoyed the workout because it’s 
not very hard for me to do it. I did these workouts for 2 weeks already and I hope I 

can still keep going doing them. I was engaged in the whole workout. The video that 

I think I will do next is the cardio workout. 

April 22 2020 

Time : 10.45 am 

Today I chose to try to do a cardio workout video because many people told 

me that it’s hard. I planned to do it for 20 mins but when I did it, I was very tired. The 

jumping in the workouts makes me feel very tired so I need to take a break after 10 

mins. Then I did the rest after that. The video that I think I will do next is the legs 

workout video. 

April 27 2020 

Time : 14.30 apm 

Today I chose a leg workout video. I did it for 20 mins. The video that I think I 

will do next is a cardio workout video.

Today I did a cardio workout video. I did it for 20 mins. I was very tired and I 

think I need to take a big rest. Next time I will do abs workout video. 

May 5th 2020 

Time : 14.14pm 

Today I did a cardio workout video. 

May 8th 2020 

Today I chose to do a K Pop dance workout video. I chose it because I think it 

will be fun and not really tired. I kind of enjoyed it because the song was good but it 

was very tiring. I did it for 10 mins. I will do an abs workout for my next video. 

14th May 2020 

May 18 2020 

Today I did the Fat loss body shred exercise. I chose to do this workout 

because I want to lose my body fats. And I also tried Bring Sally Up – Ab Challenge, 

it was hard and after I did it my abs hurt. Next time I planned to do Muscle Builder – 

No equipment video. 

 
May 21 2020 

I did the Muscle Builder – No equipment video. I did the whole video and I 

chose to do this workout because I think it might help me change my body fats to 

muscle haha. I think I will do BTS dance cardio next class. 

May 25 2020 

Today I did the BTS dance cardio. Before I did it, I thought that the video name 

is K-pop dancing so I think that it will be fun but after I did it, I was so tired. I feel like 

I’ve lost all my energy. 

May 28th 2020 

I did TIK TOK Dance Party Abs. It was very fun. I enjoyed it very much. The 

exercise is not too hard and I think I’m gonna do the BullyJuice Advanced next class. 

June 1st 2020 

Today I tried to do BullyJuice Advanced workout. I chose to do this workout 

because I think it is very challange for me. After I did it, I was very tired. Next time I 

will do a Fat burns Beginner Chloe Ting video. 

 
June 5th 2020 

I did a Fat burns Beginner Chloe Ting video, it was great. I usually watch her 

video frequently so I enjoyed it a lot. Next time I think I will try an Advanced fats burn 

workout. 

June 9th 2020 

Today, I did an Advanced fats burn workout. It was terrible for me. So tired 

like I'm gonna die lol. Next class I will do a two weeks abs workout challenge. 

June 12 2020 

Today I started to do the two weeks abs challenge video. I struggle a little bit 

but that’s fine. I enjoyed it a lot and I hope I can do it for the rest of this two weeks. 

June 16 2020 

I keep doing the 2 weeks abs challenge video. I tried to do it everyday to get 

the result.
