SECTION B: PLATFORM USE (MOBILE APP AND WEBSITE) – FUR ID PUBLIC RECORD LOOK-UP

1. Two requirement (a user’s FUR ID and a revocable FUR ID-key generated and issued by the FUR ID owner)
2. Scenario: User A (e.g. employer, embassy, etc.) wants to look-up user B (job/visa applicant, staff etc.) on the FUR
platform
3. User A logs in to the FUR platform
4. User A uses the Look-Up FUR ID button
5. User A enters User B’s FUR ID
6. User B’s FUR ID-key is requested
7. User A enters the User B’s FUR ID-key
8. User B receives an instant email notification that showing who was attempting to look up his FUR
9. User B has 30 minutes to cancel the User A’s request to view his FUR info
10. If User B cancels within the time gap, User A’s Look-up request is cancelled
11. If User B approves the Look-up request, User A is granted instant access to view all public record made against
User B’s FUR ID
12. If User B did not take any action, after 30 minutes elapses, User A is granted instant access to view all public record
made against User B’s FUR ID
13. User A has 5 minutes to view User B FUR ID public record (webpage or app-page should not allow screen-records
or screen-shots phone function)
14. Another Scenario: If User A is User B’s landlord/facility agent (refer to SEC A item 6 above), then User A does not
require a FUR ID-key to view User B’s FUR profile. User A can also make comments against every FUR ID to which
it is registered (refer to SEC A item 6 above). After any such comments from User A, User B receives an email
notification to that effect.

SECTION C: PLATFORM USE (MOBILE APP AND WEBSITE) – FUR ACCOUNT UPDATE

1. Scenario: User A is a facility owner/agency (new landlord). User B is a facility renter who just moved out of a
facility and moving into a new facility belonging to User A. User C is User B’s former landlord/facility owner/facility
agent
2. Following “Section A item 7,” User B has 48 hours countdown from rent expiry date to update his account
3. User B receives an email notification 1 week ahead of rent expiry date, reminding him to update his account
4. Update could be
• Additional Facility
• Retaining Same Facility (RF)
• Vacating Current Facility (VF)
• Renting New Facility (RNF)
5. On rent expiry date, User B receives an automatic email notification reminding him of need to update his account
within 48 hours or have his account indicated for poor compliance on the percentage indicator/marker of User’s
social record

6. If User B is Retaining Facility – User B logs into his FUR account, uses the “Update Account” button, selects
“Retaining facility”
7. User B comments on satisfaction enjoyed as a tenant over the past one year (or more) of rent, describes current
state of facility (emphasizing faults and dents, if any and also possible upgrades made on facility by self), selects
new date of rent expiry

8. If User B is Vacating Facility – User B logs into his FUR account, uses the “Update Account” button, selects
“Vacating facility”
9. User B comments on satisfaction enjoyed as a tenant, describes residence upon vacation (emphasizing faults and
dents left behind and also possible upgrades made on facility and left behind)
10. On completing update, User C receives an email notification to review the update made on his facility by User B
11. User C unlike User A in SEC B above does not require FUR ID-key to view User C’s FUR profile. User A of SEC B
above can also make data entry on a “Landlord/Facility Agent entry portal” against every FUR ID registered with
it (refer to SEC A item 6 above)
12. User C logs in using mechanism described in SEC B above and views and comments a reply or response. This way
also, User B and any of his landlords/facility agents can always have an open conversation on complaints of any
sort (refer to SEC B item 14 above). Note that any party concerned can always initiate the conversation.
13. On another note, if after 48 hours (following date of rent expiry) and User B is yet to update his account, User C is
notified via email to comment on User B’s FUR profile (comments on state of the facility, complaints, approvals
and finally scores a percentage between 20-100 to describe the quality of use of the facility by User B)
14. For failing to update account by self, whatever percentage scored User B by User C, 10% is automatically deducted.
So, if User C scored User B 60%, FUR records 50% against User B’s profile.

15. If User B is Renting New Facility – User B logs into his FUR account, uses the “Update Account” button, selects
“Renting New Facility”

selects “Additional Facility”
16. Additional Facility > choose Home or Office or Others (specify)
17. Enter Landlord/Facility Agent’s FUR ID (not compulsory if not available but can be updated when available as
