How to empty completely the fluidic system in BA400 in case of any re-shipment.

To empty all fluidic systems to avoid any electronic damage during transportation,
please follow the next steps:

Prime with Distilled Water

o Change the Washing solution bottle by one with Distilled water

o Use the User software and do 5 conditioning from Utilities Menu.

Empty the fluidic system

o Remove the washing solution bottle cap. Do not do it from the connector
because the circuit keeps closed.
o Remove the input Distilled water tube
o Opens Service software
 Login : SERVICE
 Pass: BA400

Empty the internal Low Waste bottle

o Select the option: Input/Output Fluidic System
o Select B5
o Keep waiting until there's no waste come out for the back waste tube (almost 10
minutes)
o Initialize all elements (home icon)
o This steps is mandatory as we must be sure that the tank is empty for the
following steps.

Empty the internal Distilled water

o Select the option: Input/Output Fluidic System
o Select B1, B2 & B3
o Keep waiting until there's no water coming out in the washing station (almost 10
minutes)
o Initialize all elements (home icon)

Empty Washing Station

o Do 5 conditioning from Utility menu in User Software..

Last Empty the internal Low Waste bottle

o Select the option: Input/Output Fluidic System
o Select B5
o Keep waiting until there's no waste come out for the back waste tube (almost 5
minutes)
o Initialize all elements (home icon)
