Payments:

Aga and Rag will send Wu 16% of the total amount they received from the investors
during the whole project period.

If Wenyue Wu’s client purchased anything related to Aga and Rags’s properties or
invested projects from Management LLC, WWu is also entitled to 6% of commission.

The commission needs to be sent to Wwu within 30 days after Aga and Rag receive the
fund from the investors.
