product for the coming year. In a group of 4 members, prepare a report that includes
the following:

1. Business profile
 Types of business entity
 Nature of business/principal activity
 Type of product
 Accounting period
 Business location

2. Partnership agreement
 Capital to be introduced by partners;
 Distribution of profits between partners;
 Drawings by partners;
 Rights and duties of all partners;
 Interest charged on capital, drawings and loan;
 Preparation and audit of accounts.

3. Details of manufacturing cost

 Direct materials
 Direct labours
 Manufacturing overhead

4. Preparation of financial statement

 Manufacturing account
 Income Statement
 Appropriation statement
 Balance sheet

5. The written report must be prepared in a format using single spacing Arial font
points 11.

6. Please attach the assignment with a cover which fulfils the following criteria:

d) name of lecturer
e) name of each member in the group and;
f) the date of submission
