TO : All Municipal Judges, Provincial Governors; City Mayors, Division Auditors,

Provincial and City Auditors, Provincial and City Treasurers and others
concerned.

SUBJECT : Municipal Judges are not entitled to Transportation and Representation

Allowances.

For the information of all concerned, there is quoted hereunder the 3rd indorsement
dated October 21, 1975 of the Acting Judicial Consultant, Supreme Court of the Philippines,
which is self-explanatory:

"Respectfully returned to the Hon. Chairman, Commission on Audit,

Quezon City, inviting attention to the within copy of Circular No. 2, dated March
13, 1975, this Court, with the information that municipal judges are not among
those entitled to the grant of transportation and representation allowances.
