METHODOLOGY:

DATA SOURCE

The data source of the study is “Primary”, which involves collection of research data directly
from the potential respondants. Primary data source is the direct data source to the subject.
Data will be collected using a structured adopted questionnaire based on customer attitude
towards telemarketing.

POPULATION OF THE STUDY:

Population of the study are the people who have been involved in telemarketing strategy.
The aim of this study is to find out customers attitude towards telemarketing. Population will be
consisted from the people of financial institutes in Hyderabad Pakistan.

SAMPLING STRATEGY:

Sampling is one of the major part of the research because it determines the number of
people participating in this research. Due to different barriers we cannot select whole
population to respond in this research therefore a sample would be chosen to represent whole
population. In this research “Convenient sampling” is used which is a form of non probability
sampling.

SAMPLE SIZE:

In research study, a sample is chosen accordingly to represent total population as a


researcher cannot include whole population to respond in the research. Data was collected
from 160 respondants using thumb rule.

RESEARCH VARIABLES:

Research is the process which shows relation between different variables. There are two
types of variables, one is independent and other is dependant.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENT:

The data source is primary therefore data will be collected using five likert scale
questionnaire. Likert scele is measured as follows

1. Strongly disagree
2. Disagree
3. Neutral
4. Agree
5. Stongly agree
