Description

The Barangay Government of San Juan, San Narciso, Quezon through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites
registered suppliers with DTI, Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS, if found eligible for the hereunder contract:

Name of Contract: Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials
for the Construction of Street Lights
Location: Barangay San Juan, San Narciso, Quezon
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 262,100.00

Interested supplier possess a valid DTI License, Mayor’s Permit and PhilGEPS Registered as Platinum and updated Tax
Clearance, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-
discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/screening as well as examination of quotation for the lowest
price.

Quotation must be delivered to the address on or before January 8, 2019 @ 12:00pm. Quotation opening shall be on
January 8, 2019 @ 2:00pm at the Brgy. Hall San Juan, San Narciso, Quezon.
