Need for Change

There has been numerous complaints about Amazon’s Customer


Service representatives in the warehouse and the need for
improvement in transitioning from task to task in a timely
manner in order to meet production quota. Training is critical to
the acceptance of change in the area of roles and responsibilities
that are expected to help improve customer service
performance.
