Primary links Links between data records can be assigned different values. The following can be de-

between data records, e.g. headquarter/subsidiary in company group) and in which
ratio (m:n, 1:n, 1:1). Links are jointly recorded in the change log and can be reprodu-
ced on request.
Group structure Primary links are useful, for example, in the project business if all data stored in the
system should be assigned to the project and the project itself must be assigned to
an address.
Tree view Companies can be linked with each other through parent/child relationships (1:n). The
group structure can be viewed graphically and processed through the Group Structure tab.
Type and Status Rapid overview of links and hierarchies with all data record types.
Automatic numbering Two-stage input assistance, “Type” and “Status” with mandatory fields and dynamic
tab display for all data record types. The values in the “Status” field vary according to
the values selected in the “Type” field. Via the “Type” field you can also control the

automatically by an external address service provider. Upon recognition of a suitable
address, this is saved on request as a data record in CAS genesisWorld and also linked
with the caller log. In the case of transferred calls, the original caller is displayed and

Caller log Appears during telephone calls, is filled in by the user and automatically linked with
the corresponding addresses.
Absence notification for caller Caller automatically receives a message if the colleague called has registered a current
appointment in the calendar. The end of the appointment is indicated by a small popup.
