II. Project Description:

Customer feedback surveys are a great tool to drive regular


communication between the institution and the customers. This survey
can give an insight needed to make better decisions. A customer
feedback will help understand the customers’ likes, dislikes, and locate
the areas that needs improvements. A customer feedback survey can
be a good tool to get outside feedback on employee performance and
how each person’s role is tied to client satisfaction. The results could
reveal valuable insights on how to improve service features or address
design flaws.
