CVC CATERPILLARS

Print out the caterpillar pieces. Laminate them, and cut to separate.
Have children identify the image on each caterpillar face. Then, build a
caterpillar with the remaining body pieces that spell out the CVC
words.
There is a set of word cards for young learners who may need them.
To make this activity portable, you can put the laminated pieces in a
pencil pouch to carry around.
