I, BALANUTA Radu, of legal age and holder of the Romanian passport No. 054181897
issued in Bucuresti on 29 Sep 2016 have resided in Ireland for the past 38 months.
I am presently employed with Padraig Thornton Waste Disposal Ltd as skip driver.
I have resided at the address 34 Foxborough Avenue, Lucan, co. Dublin for the past 9
months and will continue to reside at the address until 17 Aug 2019, then we will extend the
contract for one more year. At the above address I live with my sister MOSCALIUC Diana and
her husband MOSCALIUC Mihail.
I confirm that I have invited BALANUTA Mihail for a visit from June 2019 to August
2019. The invited person is our father. For the duration of his stay in Ireland, this invited person
will be accommodated at my residence, the address of which is mentioned above. For the
duration of his stay in Ireland, he will be financially supported by me, and by my sister.
I will attach to this letter my payslips, my sister payslips and my sister's husband payslips,
which confirm the fact that we can afford my father's visit.
I guarantee that he will observe the conditions of his visa and will leave Ireland on expiry
of his permission to remain. I also undertake that he will not become a financial liability to the
State.
