Tracking tray fill using SUMIF

Inputs:

1. Electrical Cable schedule

2. Cableway Segment Schedule from SPEL or New sheet with req. format
3. Segment fill report from SPEL or New sheet with req. format

Purpose:

To avoid overloading of tray/segment (especially in SS cable vault) by tracking the tray/segment

filling. SPEL provide the alert (over loading) only after completion of activity which leads to rework again.

Work Procedure:

1. Electrical cable schedule with “Accumulated OD” of cables (considering the spacing req.
between cables) [ref. Sheet-SPEL Cables]
2. In cross section sheet of attached file (Cableway segment schedule from SPEL), we have
columns Segments_Old & segments_New, where we need to delete & add (based on our req.)
segments pertaining to a set of cables to un fill & fill it respectively.
3. New accumulated OD & New fill % will be reflected simultaneously in Segment fill report, so as
we can effectively optimize the tray/segment fill.
