Interpretation:
From the graph it is clearly understood that most of the employees are having
an experience of 0 – 3 years i.e. 42% and 20% of employees are having 3 – 5 years of
experience and 16% are having 5- 7 years of experience and above 10 years of experience 4%
of employees are there which shows the combination of experience as well as junior levels.

Interpretation:
In some cases, if there is any emergency 36% of the employees said that they will
work more than 6 days a week and 20% of each said that they will work often and 38% for
sometimes and 6% rarely which shows that the employees are ready to work in any kind of
situation if it arises for the institution.

Interpretation:
From the graph for sometimes 40% of the employees said that they will work
more than 12hours a day and 30% of said that they will work often and 6% for always
and 16% rarely and 8% of employees never works which shows that the employees are
ready to do overtime for the institution.

The employees in the organization never feel that they are not been able to
balance their work life and few of them feel that they will always feel that they are not
balancing their work life.

be done or what they did even when they actually not in work and 16% of employees even
never think about the work if they are not in work.

with their family and with their friends because of the work pressure and 24% said it as often

company is not having any kind of policy for work life balance and 36% of employees are even
not aware of the company work life policy.
