internet. It’s excellent for personal use, but it can also be used by businesses.
Are you thinking of using YouTube for either your personal use or business
purposes? Like other social media platforms, Youtube has many positive
effects, but some negative ones as well.

At the beginning, many people tuned out Youtube as they need to pay for use
that. Some years after because only some people could afford Youtube, this
website becomes free. Due to uploading and watching videos on YouTube is
completely free, many people can use it without worrying about the costs. As a
result, youtube become very popular especially to promote products around the
world; for this reason, Youtube gives the opportunity to earn money through
videos.

Talking about negative effects, since you find interesting videos on Youtube,
people literally could spend a great number of hours watching videos. As a
result, they can develop a dependency on watching videos; as a consequence,
they can not wean their selves away from it. In addition, as a consequence of
YouTube is a public social media platform, it has many rules which restrict what
you can do within your channel. Consequently, if people don't respect the rules
they can turn into a problem.

In conclusion, Youtube is a social media platform that has positive and negative
effects which influx a lot in our life but it depends on the way of use.
