RE: Increase in Monthly Compensation

Dear Karol,

Since your start with helloart inc. on October 10, 2019, in the capacity of Software Developer,
you have been an instrumental member of the helloart inc. team, helping the company achieve
major milestones in building the helloart inc. platform.

As a result of your continued efforts, your original monthly compensation of $750.00 CAD, had
increased on February 10, 2020, to $850.00 CAD. On April 10, 2020, your compensation
increased to $1000.00 CAD, due to the completion of a major milestone. You have continued to
produce high-quality deliverables and as a result, effective July 10, 2020, your monthly
compensation will increase to $1200.00 CAD.

In addition to the compensation changes, on April 30, 2020, you received a lump-sum bonus of
$400.00 CAD and on May 27, 2020, you were reimbursed for equipment purchases, to a total of
$470.00 CAD.

Karol, the team thank you for all your hard work and ongoing dedication in helping helloart inc.
