To Assist in Searching and Relocating to a new home in Dallas, Texas.

Goals

To find a comfortable new home in Dallas,Texas where the person can relocate with his family for an
affordable budget. An ideal response towards the client will be to collect and present the data from
genuine online resources.

Findings

 Flower Mound is a town in Fort Worth where the population is nearly 76,681 and it’s located
at a distance of approximately 28.6 miles via I-35 E S route from Dallas, Texas downtown. The
median value of single-family houses is around $312,000 which comes slightly above the
mentioned budget. The academic performance index scores around 81.4 % so schooling for
children will be of good quality. The crime rates are less here. The violent crime rate is just 0.6
% and property crime rate is around 9.2% (Source 1). Flower Mound recorded very less
number of crimes in all of 2018.With a safety score of 90.42 out of 100, Flower Mound ranks
as the safest city in Texas and 10th safest in the U.S, according to a new study by
SafeHome.org. (Source 2)

 Allen is a town in Fort Worth where the population is nearly 100,685 and it’s located at a
distance of approximately 26.1 miles via US-75 S route from Dallas, Texas downtown. The
median value of single-family houses is around $261,600 which comes under the mentioned
budget. (Source 2) Because of superior amenities and excellent schools it’s a best place to
move in for a family. The academic performance index scores around 82.2 %. The crime rates
are less here. The violent crime rate is just 1.0 % and property crime rate is around 12.5%.

located at a distance of approximately 42.2 miles via Dallas North Tollway S, from Dallas,
Texas downtown. The median value of single-family houses is around $286,300 which comes
under the mentioned budget. Because of superior amenities and excellent schools it’s a best
place to move in for a family. The academic performance index scores around 64.5%. The
 crime rates are less here. The violent crime rate is just 0.7 % and property crime rate is around

 In this research three factors were mainly considered for raising a family and those are school
performance, crime rate and safety and community stability. The research details provided
above will leverage the findings in the first hour of research to provide an overview of the
locations suitable for relocating to Dallas, Texas. Even though few locations have more cost of
living the quality of education and employment opportunities are far above the compromising
level when compared to places with less expenses.
