IMPORTANT ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN BEFORE PULLING UP THE KILN:

1- Delay of our technical team for coming in to Libya because of the problems
related to the security allowance and entry visa which affected on the man
power on site.

2- LCC has to clean and clear the area near the preheater side (Air seal), in order
to allow the Kiln to move safely.

3- The hydraulic system will be ready soon, USO has to check the clearance of
the hydraulic pipes from any dust or obstacles before fixing it with the
pistons.

4- LCC will fix the limiting switches after pulling back the trust roller to its proper
position.

5- LCC has to monitor and do the required maintenance for the rollers at
stations No.2, 3 and left roller at station 4.

6- LCC has to provide us with the thermal hydraulic hoses for the pistons of the
thrust roller at station No.1.

7- USO will fix the old oil levels and check the oil level in the rollers at station
No.1. USO will fix the new oil levels as soon as we get them on site.

8- USO has to check the oil and do all required greasing works at the main gear
box and girth gear.

9- USO has to remove the supports fixed at stations No.2 and 4. These supports
were fixed earlier at those stations before lifting up the kiln in order to
prevent it from any unexpected downward sliding.
10- USO has to clean the tire left and right sides at all stations. This process
will be done after rotating the kiln one-quarter rotation. Also, USO will
remove the remaining shims from the tire at station No.1.

11- USO is currently fixing the cooling pipes at station No.1, although Mr.
Raid said that this process will not effect the pulling up procedure. He asked
USO to monitor the temperature of the roller visually.

12- Epoxy works will be executed later after pulling up the kiln and
finishing all the mechanical works at station no.1, for the being, the concrete
will be protected by covering sheets. The idea behind this is to avoid any
scratches in the Epoxy coatings.
