Dear Residents,

We have our entire staff here-including our Regional Manager Deanna


Hill- working to get the current situation resolved.
The main water line on Ten Mile Road had some unexpected repairs which
caused the water to be off longer than we predicted last night.

We were not made aware of how long this issue went out.
Due to not have the right setting on the pressure valve, the water came
back on very strong which caused multiple valves to pop in some
apartments. We are working on identifying all those affected--
accommodating, addressing, and rectifying those issues. 

Another issue is a water line on Rhodora Road which blew due to the high
pressure. There is visible water on this street and some spots on Grayland.
9035 on Countrywood has an issue in the hallway which we are extracting
water from and working on rectifying.
We are working all of these issues right now but do not have a time line.
We will not be leaving until you are all taken care of. 
We will announce any new developments. They are working on this right
now, it is our greatest desire and intention to return water to you all ASAP.

Please come by the office for anything that you may need, be it a paper
plate or plastic fork or cups if you do not have clean dishes.
We also have water here and available for toilet flushing, cleaning, etc.
Once again, we apologize and understand your frustrations.
